Our Subaru WRX/STi engine cooler is a must for those with highly modified engines or those that put their car on any type of race circuit. Engine oil loses its viscosity rapidly with temperatures above 110 deg C (240 deg F). This complete engine oil cooler system will keep the oil temperatures down along with reducing the load on the factory engine water cooling system. This gives greater reliability in extreme applications and longer engine life for everyday driving.

Bar and plate core construction

Bar and plate core construction is by far the most efficient type of heat exchanger core. It is also the most labour intensive and expensive to produce…but you pay for what you get. Compact, efficient and extremely strong without the industrial look of units our competitors offer.

Cold Air Intake kit

NOTE: K&N pod filter used with current kits.

This cold air intake kit is designed to replace the restrictive factory air intake tract. It is fabricated from lightwieght CNC mandrel bent aluminium tube and has a CNC machined air flow meter mount. It comes complete with a Uni-Filter washable foam air filter. The unit is ball burnshed for a flawless finish.

Universal Gauge Sensor Adaptor

Universal Gauge Sensor Adaptor

This is a simple new product designed to make fitting aftermarket oil temp and oil pressure gauge sensors easier. This unit is fitted by removing the oil filter , screwing on the adaptor block and then refitting your oil filter.

The adaptor block has side ports with 1/8PT threads to accept all Japanese and most other gauge sensors. The kit comes with 2 centre hex bolts (different threads) which means that this unit will fit not only Subaru but all Japanese cars.

The adaptor block is CNC machined from a solid billet of 6061 T6 aluminium.

Process West is a small, young company based near Sydney, NSW Australia. We specialise in the design, engineering and manufacture of small heat exchange products and other aluminium products for the automotive industry.

Managing director Kevin Westblade spent many years designing and fabricating intercooling systems for various automotive applications. He was the founder of what became the largest intercooler shop in Australia with 80% of the product being sold in the USA. Moving on from the previous business sees him being the sole director of this new company and not limited by his previous incompatible business partner.

Years of experience in the the heat exchanger industry and traveling around the world to various heat exchanger manufacturing plants means that Process West uses only the absolute best available heat exchanger core and manufacturing processes.

Wherever possible aluminium components a CNC machined from solid billets of aluminium. All aluminium welding is carried out by Aircraft Quality Certified tradesmen. The aluminium welding on each Process West product brings quality to a new level.
